PLANS are available

Minimum $200 Deposit per person to reserve a package
and the balance is due 30 days in advance of your
trip date. We accept check, money order, Visa,
Master Card, Discover and American Express.
All package prices
are PER PERSON based on at least
2 people in the room.
A double means 2 people in
the room, a triple is 3 people in the room and
quad means 4 people in the room.
AIR FARE -
We have a discount program set up with American Airlines
that
saves you 10%. It is best to book your airfares at
least 45-60 days in advance.

TERMS and CONDITIONS :
If
you need to cancel ...
Any cancellations after June 1 will result
in a $200 per person forfeiture. Cancellations
within 30 days prior to the event
will result in a 50% of the package price per person
forfeiture.
Ticket upgrades are non-refundable. All changes
made after September 1, will result in a $50 change
fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing and must
be sent by mail or email to Carly G Marketing.
WHEN TO GET THERE -- For fans staying
two nights, we recommend you get to
Dallas in the morning the day before a game and depart
anytime after 1:30 pm the day after the game.
Our group does the stadium tour the morning after a game.
EXTRA
HOTEL NIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.
Activities
included could be subject to change or cancelled based
on game and/or particular event(s) beyond our control.
Video
cameras are NOT permitted on game day or during the
stadium tour due to the 911 tragedy. However, you may
bring them to all the other events throughout
your weekend.
You are permitted to bring a camera
to the game. You may NOT bring
professional camera equipment.
You may bring binoculars
to the game.
The first aid office is located on the
concourse at Section 36.
